Leo Williams has a wealth of local and overseas work experience in both Industrial Security and Information Technology.

Mr. Williams is a graduate of both the University of Technology (then CAST) 1991 and the University of the West Indies 2001, where he studied Business Administration and Accounting at both Institutions. He then went on to the Software Training Center (STC) for his certification in Information Technology 2002.

He worked in the United States at Cablevision Systems Ltd, located in the Tri-States (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut) for 10 years. Starting as a Technical Analyst in 2002 before being promoted to Technical Support Operations Manager for the Optimum Online and Optimum Voice Department in 2007. Prior to migrating to the United States, he had 11 years work experience in Industrial Security (1991 – 2002) at Allied Protection Ltd, where he was last Marketing Director.

Mr. Williams is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and has served as an executive for the Jamaican Chapter. He has attended several local and overseas seminars on Industrial Security related matters. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Kingston, a member of the Liguanea Club where he plays squash and a Justice of the Peace of St. Andrew.

Mr. Leo Williams is also a certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).

Managing Director: Major (Ret’d) Richard Reese J.P.

Major Reese has extensive experience in diverse areas of logistics, ordnance disposal, trade facilitation, customs and revenue administration, asset protection, risk management, intelligence, finance, emergency management and business process re-engineering including 13 years of exemplary service to the Jamaica Defense Force retiring his commission in 1987.

Major Reese has served the Public and Private Sector in several senior executive positions, such as, Commissioner of Customs, Permanent Secretary – Ministry of National Security, Commissioner of Corrections, Director General Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management, and Senior Director Regional Operations, ational Housing Trust and senior management appointments in the Private Security Industry.  He also has considerable experience in the social services sector including Manager of the Kingston Restoration Company/UK Department for International Development, amaica Urban Poverty Project and past Board Appointments at the Port Authority of Jamaica, Port Management and Security Limited, South East Regional Health Authority, Jamaica Fire Brigade and the Bellevue Hospital.

He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security and a Justice of the Peace for the Parish of Kingston.  Major Reese attended Wolmer’s Boys’ School, holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration Degree from The Andreas School of Business Barry University, Florida.  He has also completed the Port Facilities Security Officers Course, International Diploma in Restorative Justice at the Theological, Queens University, Ontario Canada and Senior Crisis Management Course, US State Department Counter Terrorism Programs. Director of Operations: Donovan Callum

Donovan Callum joined the organization in 1998 in the capacity of Assistant to the General Manager.  He has considerable knowledge and expertise in the areas of Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Security Management and Operations.

He is also a past member of the Jamaica Defence Force where he served for ten (10) years.  During this time, he completed the Military Logistics Supply Specialist Course in the United States and was awarded a Diploma, in addition to being the recipient of a special award for placing at the top of the class.

Mr. Callum is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (A.S.I.S.). He has attended several seminars locally and also in the United States.

He has a Certificate in Management and is also certified by the American Bureau of Shipping in Maritime Security Training.

Donovan Callum attended the Caribbean Maritime Institute and holds a B.Sc. in Security Administration and Management (SAM). He has also received training in Aviation Security and is a Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).

Training Director/Consultant: Rudolph Davis

Rudolph Davis served in the Jamaica Defence Force for eighteen (18) years.  His prior security and military experience with the Jamaica Defence Force from 1962 to 1980, earned him the rank of Warrant Officer, Class 2. 

Mr. Davis is a member of the Lead Group for the Private Security Industry, which determines whether the Occupational Standards is appropriate for the industry.  The members of this group are selected by the National Council for Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (NCTVET). 

Mr. Davis is an Assessor for the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET) accredited Level I Industrial Security Operations Course.

He has been involved in the Industrial Security field since 1980 and has over 38 years of experience in security, military and security management.  Mr. Davis has attended several courses at the Jamaica Institute of Management (JIM) and the Jamaica Employers’ Federation.  Currently, he handles all company matters pertaining to the Police and serves on the Motorized Patrol Police Civic Committee.  He holds membership in the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), where he too has attended several seminars and exhibits pertaining to the state of the art. He is also a Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).

Rudolph Davis is a qualified security instructor, including earning the designation of an Assessor for the National Council on Technical and Vocational, Educational and Training (NCTVET) accredited Level 1 Industrial Security Operations Course.

Financial Controller: Margery Campbell

Margery Riley is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (U.W.I) Mona, with a B.Sc in Management Studies and has over thirty (30) years of audit and accounting experience, in both the private and public sectors.

She is a fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Jamaica, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant and a registered Public Accountant.

Margery is a member of the Action Group of the Church of the Transfiguration and a distinguished President of the Kiwanis Club of South St. Catherine.

Marketing Manager: Nicola Jenkins-Lewis

Mrs. Lewis joined Allied Protection in January 2006 and has been appointed to several posts within the organization, the latter of which is the Marketing Manager.

A student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (ICAJ) and also a student of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, Nicola is driven to success.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc.) Degree in Management and has completed ACCA levels 1 and 2.

Mrs. Lewis has been involved in the security industry for the past fifteen (15) years and has attended several security related courses over this period.

Nicola is responsible for all company business pertaining to firearms, procurement of new contracts; providing clear and concise security proposals and quotations tailored to meet your individual needs and offering both competitive rates and innovative value added services to build long term partnerships in business.

Mrs. Lewis is also a certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
