About Us
United Protection Limited was established in 1982; the owners subsequently acquired Allied Protection Systems and Services Limited in 1991 and operated it as a separate entity until the first quarter of 2002.
In early 2002, the Board of Directors agreed to merge Allied Protection Systems and Services Limited’s operations with United Protection Limited, which subsequently saw the birth of Allied Protection Limited. Under the then leadership of Donald Williams, CPP, Chairman, Allied Protection Limited commenced operations on April 1, 2002.
Since 2002, Allied Protection Limited has grown in a very strategic, controlled and consistent manner, from 400 personnel to the more than 850 today. Along with the expansion of the company, came growth in our reputation and service capabilities.
We continue to grow in a controlled and strategic manner under the leadership of our current Chairman, Mr. Leo Williams and Managing Director Major (Ret’d) Richard Reese, to provide you with the exceptional service that Allied Protection is known for.
The Directors of Allied Protection Limited have utilized sound strategic principles and practices to guide the organization to its current position of being a proactive and relatively sizeable private security company servicing over One Hundred and Fifty (150) clients island wide covering both the Private Sector and Governmental Ministries and Departments. Our officers are trained and certified in NVQJ-Levels 1 and 2 in Industrial Security Operations and registered with the Private Security Regulations Authority.
